TERMS OF USE
The Terms of Use must be considered jointly with our Privacy Policy.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Scopacards provides a family gaming forum. By using the Service, you are
agreeing to comply with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy set forth below.
In addition, when using particular Scopacards services, you agree to abide
by any applicable posted guidelines for the site, which may change from time
to time. Should you object to any term or condition, any guidelines, or any
subsequent modifications thereto or become dissatisfied with Scopacards,
your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of Scopacards.

SECURITY, RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, ACCURACY, AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SITE. TO
THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCOPACARDS DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES FOR
OTHER SERVICES OR GOODS RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED ON THE SITE OR THE
SITES OR SERVICE, OR ACCESSED THROUGH ANY LINKS ON THE SITE. TO THE FULLEST
EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCOPACARDS DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES FOR VIRUSES OR
OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE OR THE SERVICE. Some

jurisdictions, some of the foregoing disclaimers may not apply to you
insofar as they relate to implied warranties.
4. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM YOUR
USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARISE FROM USE OR MISUSE OF THE SITE OR
THE SERVICE, FROM INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR THE SERVICE, OR THE

Scopacards cannot confirm the identity of each member. The overwhelming
majority of Scopacards users are trustworthy and well-intentioned.
Nevertheless, it's very important to take the same precautions online as you
would offline.
Scopacards strongly advises against sharing personal information or
physically meeting others in person you meet via the site. If you ignore our
advice, we suggest you follow the following guidelines. When meeting someone

the law and under Scopacards's Policies. Scopacards does not carry out or
guarantee the existence of editorial control of the content published by its

This forum is not intended to help generate traffic to your website. Any
post whose only purpose is to advertise services, whether seeking or
selling, is prohibited.
Good Conduct; Keep it Clean
You should remain courteous in your messages and avoid any personal attacks
or disruptive or rude messages against others. Scopacards is intended to be
a family friendly site. Please keep it reasonably clean.
Respect
You can talk about anything you care about in the forum, please remain
respectful of our community. Illegal, controversial, or offensive
discussions are prohibited.
Moderation
We reserve the right to change the present rules and guidelines without
prior notice. We reserve the right to edit, delete, move or close subjects,
messages or topics that we deem not compliant with the present Forum
guidelines or other Scopacards Policies. We reserve the right to ban anyone
who violates our Forum Guidelines and other Policies or otherwise disrupts
the Scopacards community.
6. MODIFICATIONS
Scopacards reserves the right, without any limits or restrictions and at its
sole discretion, to modify in whole or in part and at any time, its
policies. All changes will be effective once published on the site. Use of
the site after these changes have been published constitutes your acceptance
of the modified policies.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Scopacards cannot be aware of all the content published on the site.
However, Scopacards commits to remove as quickly as possible any copyright

Scopacards.com are the exclusive property of Scopacards. Any reproduction

Your acknowledge and agree that upon receipt of a notice of a claim of
copyright infringement, we may immediately remove the identified materials

adjudication as provided in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
Upon a request by us, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Scopacards
harmless from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney's
fees that arise from your use or misuse of Site. We reserve the right, at
our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter
otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will
cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.
11. NO AGENCY RELATIONSHIP
Scopacards and Members or users are independent parties, each acting in its
name and for its own purpose. Nothing in this Terms of Use or other
Scopacards Policies shall be deemed to constitute, create, give effect to or
otherwise recognize a partnership, agency, joint venture or formal business
entity of any kind or create a fiduciary or similar relationship among the
parties; and the rights and obligations of the parties shall be limited to
those expressly set forth herein.
12. GOVERNING LAW
This Site (excluding any linked sites) is controlled by us within the State
of New York, United States of America. It can be accessed from all 50
states, as well as from other countries around the world. As each of these
places has laws that may differ from those of New York, by accessing this
Site you and Scopacards agree that the laws of the State of New York,
without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof, will apply to
all matters relating to the use of this Site and to the rental of Items
through this Site.
